Yoga helps restore normal function in our bodies and cultivates enjoyment from finding ease in movement. The practice holistically incorporates the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of the body, and each type of yoga has its unique approach.

 I have been teaching yoga since 2005 and I continue to learn from my students and my teachers, with much Gratitude and Joy in my heart!  Find me here talking about yoga for everyone on CBC Radio London!

My focus is on teaching students how to use each pose to improve the functionality of their bodies. My practice is strongly influenced by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli who empowered her students to follow their inner teacher.  My approach as a yoga instructor is student-centred: it is my goal to guide students as they realize that they are their own best teachers. In each class, I help students explore their inner awareness to achieve a more relaxed and energized way of living every day.

Donations support Harvest Hands, a non-profit food rescue and distribution centre.

Donations support Life*Spin, a charitable organization in London, Ontario, dedicated to providing programs and resources that enhance the lives of low-income families through education, advocacy, and community building.

Suggested donation: $10-$20+ per person
